What's going wrong
Site owners who file support tickets for this XML sitemap plugin say they hear nothing back from the developers. One reviewer needed an image sitemap that the plugin's description seemed to promise, could not find it anywhere, and was left waiting after opening a ticket. Owners who rely on sitemaps for search visibility are left stuck with no route to help and no way to get basic configuration questions answered. The gap points to an opening for a managed support desk or sitemap setup service that handles image sitemaps and sitemap configuration for WordPress sites.
