What's going wrong
Many site owners who installed topicPolls Pro for bbPress say they cannot find the control that creates a poll when they write a new topic. The option is missing on some themes, with the block editor, for some user roles, and after updates, so people assume the plugin is broken. Some reporters asked where the documentation is or whether they should buy the product at all. The problem is hard to diagnose because the setting exists but does not appear where users expect it. Forum admins running communities need a reliable way to confirm that the creation option is visible to each role and theme. A tool that checks this automatically would save many support requests.
