What's going wrong
Site owners who install this coming soon and maintenance plugin report that its screens are crowded with prompts to buy paid tiers. Some say the maintenance page itself carries ads, while others find the settings buried under nags that repeat after every save. Reviewers also complain about rating requests that get in the way of using free features, and they feel the plugin is far from the minimal tool it advertises. Many say they would have switched to a different maintenance plugin sooner. The gap is a clean, ad-free maintenance tool with an honest free tier that owners can trust.
