What's going wrong
Site owners installing this WordPress accessibility font resizer report that the setup instructions do not match what they see. Some cannot tell where to add the required menu, the widget or the CSS classes, and one describes a widget location that no longer exists in the dashboard. Others say the support page leaves the first question unanswered, and several ask for a step-by-step guide. Many give up before the resizer works. A managed setup service or a clearer guided installer would help small site owners, bloggers, and agencies get working text-size controls without guessing.
