Markdown editor locked behind paid upgrade
The plugin is marketed as a Markdown editor, but the Markdown editor is paid-only, so the free version only adds a dark theme.

What's going wrong
Site owners who installed this WordPress plugin for its Markdown editor found that the free version only switches the admin to dark colours. The Markdown editing itself, the feature named in the listing, requires a paid upgrade, and some reviewers say the plugin changed hands and drifted away from its original purpose. Writers who wanted Markdown inside WordPress feel misled and leave low ratings. The gap points to an opportunity for a clearly priced, honest Markdown writing option that makes the free and paid split obvious before install.
