What's going wrong
Site owners using WP Last Login report that the users screen marks accounts as Never even after those people have signed in. Some owners see the column empty instead, and in one case the admin account itself shows Never. Membership sites, WooCommerce stores and sites running other user plugins all report the problem. One owner deleted users based on these values and removed people who had recently registered for classes. A fix could check the displayed values against the real sign-in records and warn owners when tracking is incomplete, so that decisions about inactive accounts rest on accurate data.
