What's going wrong
Site owners report that this archiving plugin has not been updated for a long time. WordPress shows a directory warning that it has not been tested with the latest three major releases. Some say it does not work with the block editor, so they cannot archive posts from the new editor. Others ask whether it will still be maintained or fear it will disappear, and a few suggest switching to other plugins. Owners who rely on it need a clear answer on compatibility and a supported path forward for their archived content, which creates room for a monitoring or migration service.
