What's going wrong
Prospective buyers repeatedly ask whether this OpenCart reward and wallet extension works with their theme, especially Journal 3 and its one-page checkout, plus other popular themes and specific OpenCart 3 and 4 versions. Some also ask about conflicts with other extensions. The answers are not visible on the listing, so buyers hesitate to purchase or abandon the purchase. Shop owners would value a published compatibility matrix showing tested themes, versions and known conflicts before they spend money. Such a list would shorten the pre-sale question stage.
